Key areas of work with the child

  • Player development at our Club is much more important than the result of individual matches. For a child to progress from children's football to the professional academy and join the main club team, physical stamina, mental toughness and team spirit must be developed in addition to technical and tactical skills. Players who lack (self) discipline will never be able to fulfil their potential. Club staff must do everything in their power to help young players realise their potential. Our players must be involved in a loving and warm family atmosphere at the Club.
  • The academy has a phased approach, where each coach is responsible for his or her own stage of training, investing his or her own vision, charisma and temperament in the pupils. Each training stage is characterised by certain knowledge, skills, character traits and communication with the pupils.
  • Parents and coaches need to be guided by certain rules of behaviour and communication with the child that promote their development as an extraordinary individual, with both physical and mental abilities and specific psychological features that are unique to them.
  • By treating children as equals and unique individuals, we instil in them an ego and self-confidence, an inflexible will and optimism - essential qualities in shaping the personality of future leaders.
  • Do not underestimate the role of independence in becoming a creative player: new acquaintances, dosed freedom of action and movement, moving, travelling, tasks to be performed independently - have a positive effect on the development of courage, own opinion, ability to imitate and teach not to be afraid of uncertain situations. Allow children to take risks, give them the freedom to explore the world, without, of course, allowing for disaster, and you will have a well-developed personality, capable of making a difference in any field.
  • Develop your child's strengths without neglecting weaknesses. Encourage them to be different from others and that mistakes are the way to succeed! Put your child in a stimulating and challenging environment that motivates them to set goals for themselves!
